Liquid Gas UK

Liquid Gas UK is the voice of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and bioLPG industry in the UK. We’ve been providing support and representation to the LPG Industry since 1975. Our purpose is to champion the growth and sustainability of the UK LPG industry, influence government policy, keep members informed and promote safety.

From liaising with Ministers to Civil Servants, MPs to the wider energy sector, we’re here to campaign for you across the four UK nations. Our voices are heard from Westminster, to Holyrood, The Senedd to Stormont, due to the direct connections we have into the corridors of power. We respond to consultations, feed into parliamentary inquiries, host events and commission studies to aid the whole supply chain.

We are also the authoritative voice on LPG standards, which is why our Codes of Practice are so popular not just in the UK, but reaching across the world to new and existing markets. We feed in expertise on LPG to the regulatory powers, such as the Health & Safety Executive.

Sustainability and growth are at our core. Here at Liquid Gas UK we want to see the LPG market to continue to grow, reach new heights and be a key part of the UK’s transition to Net Zero. In our 2040 Vision, we outlined the industry’s ambition to transition to bioLPG and we’d welcome those who want to be part of this transition, to join us.
