The forecourttech conference and meetings convention is focused on technologies that optimise fuel and convenience retailing and enhance operations. 

forecourttech brings together an audience of fuel and convenience retailers with technology and solution providers in a program of informed presentations and pre-scheduled meetings. This year's conference programme will be moderated by Mark Wohltmann, Director of NACS Europe and will include presenations from leading retailers and technology pioneers.

The conference will once again take place in the relaxing surroundings of the Asia Gardens Hotel, Alicante, Spain from 18-19 October 2022. 

New Technology Disruptors Award

This year's event will also include the 'New Technology Disruptors Award' in collaboration with Q1. The award is designed to enable and support start-ups targeting the fuel and convenience retail industry.

The award is aimed at start-ups with more than just a venture idea. They should have proof of concept seeking financial and/or business support to bring it to market. The winner will receive a free ticket to the SmartCityHouse accelerator program, six months of individual support worth €50,000 and a free delegate place at forecourttech ’23.

Applications are now open to start-ups focused on digital technologies that optimise operations around fuel and convenience retailing, those that enhance the customer experience and where they can demonstrate significant impact on business processes.

Applications should be received no later than Friday 9th September 2022 and the top 5 applications, as selected by the judging panel, will be announced on Friday 16th September and invited to forecourttech ’22 in October.

At forecourttech the final 5 will be allocated a space to network with other delegates and will have a slot in the conference program for a 3-minute moderated elevator pitch to the assembled delegates.

Following their elevator pitches the retail delegate audience at forecourttech ’22 will be asked to vote to determine the winning applicant.
