Tatsuno Corporation: International hydrogen fuel equipment provider

Last update: | Advertorial

Since 1919 when Tatsuno Corporation built the first gasoline dispenser in Japan, the company’s mission has been to produce fueling equipment for all types of fuel — including hydrogen.

In 2002, Tatsuno introduced the first retail hydrogen dispenser for fuel cell vehicles in Japan and was later succeeded by Hydrogen-NX series.

Tatsuno products have also received international certifications proving their safety and quality. Coriolis flowmeter and IR receiver — the main components of Tatsuno hydrogen dispensers — are following international explosion-proof standards. Also, the 2-nozzle and 3-nozzle dispensers for the North American market have obtained Intertek’s ETL certification.

Since the beginning of its hydrogen business, the company has shipped 80 units of hydrogen dispensers in Japan, as well as 20 units in the USA, and 15 units in South Korea.

Furthermore, Tatsuno Corporation is now working together with Tatsuno Europe a.s., its group company in the Czech Republic, to develop a hydrogen dispenser for the European market.
