Today, thanks to precious partnerships, Fortech has started the expansion process to new foreign markets, a natural consequence of the successes achieved in Italy thanks to excellent equipment and services designed with the specific aim of simplifying service station management.

Among the various solutions of Fortech's smart products, the following certainly stand out:

  • smartOPT: the 'talking terminal'. A device with a unique design, characterised by numerous features, such as audio guidance in 5 languages, 12" flat touchscreen and an easy and intuitive interface allowing an optimal user experience and a complete management of the service station. For technical details see here.
  • SmartPOS: the management system using the most advanced HW and SW technology on the market. Fortech system allows control and monitoring of the service station by remote data collection, on web and dedicated apps; it’s extremely useful to the manager for analysis, statistics and to maximize the business. Another feature really appreciated by Fortech customers is the “Non-oil manager”, that allows centralised and fully cloud-based warehouse management. Thanks to these innovative solutions, Fortech set up bases for its internationalisation with two pioneering projects, result of its new distribution strategies.

The rapid growth in the National market has in fact encouraged the company board to direct its investments also to Europe and North Africa.

Spain and Morocco are the two countries where the first projects have already been completed.

In Morocco, following the success of a pilot project in Meknès, 15 smartOPT terminals have been chosen to make the transition to unmanned service stations more efficient and safer. The high level of automation of Fortech equipment makes possible to easily manage unmanned service stations, known as "ghost station".

In support of these technologically advanced terminals, Fortech's Help desk offers professional support resolving most of critical issues remotely.

In Spain, Fortech's technology and know-how have been chosen for 10 service stations in the South of the country and more, thanks to a new project, are to be added soon. The smartPOS system was adopted for these operations, as ideal for guaranteeing better performance in terms of point-of-sale management.

Spain and Morocco are only the first two steps of an internationalisation process that will see Fortech take its technological and innovative vocation to the main world markets. A process of growth based on partnerships with major players in the sector, key partnerships that confirm the project strength as well as the company's long-term vision.
