US: Sunoco buys Aloha fuel retailer in Hawaii
Sunoco LP has completed the acquisition of Honolulu-based Aloha Petroleum fuel retailer, Sunoco said December 17 in a press release.
“Aloha is the largest independent gasoline marketer and one of the largest convenience store operators in Hawaii, with an extensive wholesale fuel distribution and six fuel storage terminas on the islands,” the company said.
“Aloha currently markets through approximately 100 Shell, Aloha and Mahalo branded fuel stations throughout the state, about half of which are company operated,” the statement added.
Total purchase price was about $240 million, the company said.
