Orlen Germany installs EV chargers at the THW Kiel training center

Four vehicles can be powered at the same time in the publicly accessible location, which expands the company’s e-mobility infrastructure as part of its strategic goals.

Orlen Germany has built and commissioned two electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at the THW Kiel training ground in Altenholz.

A total of four vehicles can be powered at the publicly accessible chargers at the same time. Expanding the company’s e-mobility charging infrastructure alongside different partners is a strategic goal in its sustainable journey.

Orlen and the Zebras have been partners for over ten years, with the Elmshorn-based company has also been the main and jersey sponsor of the handball champions since 2016.

For the company and the entire Orlen Group, the expansion of e-mobility is an important strategic goal. In Germany alone, over 1,000 charging points are to be installed over the next three years, with plans for 3,000 by 2030.
